The terms that apply when you book and use our notary and apostille services.
By booking an appointment with Notary Near Me Houston & Apostille, you agree to these terms. We provide mobile and online (RON) notary, apostille, loan signing, and estate-planning notarization services throughout Greater Houston, Texas.
Appointments
Requests are confirmed by phone, text, or our booking form. Most appointments are confirmed within 15 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM CST, 7 days a week). Posted prices include travel within Greater Houston; after-hours or outside-area travel is quoted before the appointment.
Signer responsibilities
- • Present a current, unexpired, original government-issued photo ID.
- • Ensure documents are complete before the appointment (no blank required fields).
- • Appear in person (or by webcam for RON), willing and aware of the document being signed.
Notary limitations
A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. Notary services are not a substitute for legal advice. We cannot draft documents or advise on their content, and we may decline a notarization that does not meet legal requirements (for example, an incomplete document, invalid ID, or a signer who does not appear willing and aware).
Fees, payment & turnaround
Fees follow our posted rate card. Texas caps the per-signature notary fee at $10; mobile and travel/handling fees are included in posted prices. Apostille turnaround depends on current Texas Secretary of State processing times and is outside our control.
Quality guarantee
We perform a page-by-page quality check on every file. If we cannot resolve an issue we caused within 24 hours, you pay only 50% of our fee.
